One man's trash is another man's treasure!

So... made some big moves about a month ago.
Out with the old... 2007 Subaru STI w/ protuned 316whp

And in with the new.... well... used. 2007 Voodoo Blue 4x4 w/ 20k miles. Had it about a month and its been great so far. Has not left the pavement yet, but that will come in time. I have two questions regarding items on it I am not familar with. The pinstripes... did a dealer add those along with the FJ sticker on the doors? And the nerf bars say "Manik." Does the dealer sell those or are they strictly aftermarket? Either way, so far I changed the diff/transfer case fluid. Any other big things I need to worry about as a used FJ buyer? It seems pretty babied.
Enough talk... pics!

Re: One man's trash is another man's treasure!

It looks real clean. A quick way to tell if it was off roaded hard is to get under it and look for scratches along the frame rails and on the under side of the rear diff and skid plates. By the looks of it I'd say it wasn't used offroad much. Congrats!

Re: One man's trash is another man's treasure!

your pinstrips and steps are both after market....a quick look under the frame will tell if it's been wheeled hard....if it hasn't....then you're good for about 300,000 miles till it dies....have fun .....
