2008 TT & One Question

Frist post and one question (and probably a stupid one).

I am picking up my '08 TT on Thursday and failed to check and see if it will fit in my garage. Toyota's web site says the height is 72" but that appears to be the height w/o the roof rack. I think my garage door opening is 80" (it is a standard height door.

Will an '08 TT with a roof rack fit in a "standard" garage door opening?

Thanks.

Re: 2008 TT & One Question

Yes.. I believe they are the same height as a standard FJ. I have a few inches clearance. It looks like it won't fit, but it does.. (mine that is).. Ron

PS: Just had a thought.. That's an excuse, er reason, to by a set of Staun deflators and a little inflator/compressor! LOL

Congrats & Welcome aboard. Yours should be about 78", tight, but it should fit.

Re: 2008 TT & One Question

I'm pretty sure it will fit. My garage is 82" & mine w/roof rack + xs baskeet + 3" lift fits just fine.
Congrats on the new TT!

Re: 2008 TT & One Question

First, Welcome! Yeah my TT is 78" and in my garage my Rig barely fits under the door but is fine when it gets past the door. Have fun.
