I answered your PM, but to answer in this thread, I definitely can make a transfer case knob to match the TRD quickshifter! I've done them before!

Can i get them without the shift patterns?

i.e. i would just want black with the "IMP" and no "P-R-N-D..." etc.

Yep, I certainly can do that. I don't have any in stock obviously, but I can get them made!
