yeah, lesson learned. I'll wait for the registration to expire when the time comes. I'll get the OR permit next time and hopefully someone looking to get one will see this post and know to not bother at all.
Well, I don't know about anyone else, but reading this entire post just cleared up one thing for me..........the WA DMV, DOL or whatever name they go by, seems to be just as effective as any other DMV I've ever had the pleasure of conducting business with. It's great to know that we have a standard that all DMV offices seem to adhere to.
