OT: where you a Hollywood Marine or PI... Personally I was a hollywood Marine and I couldn't imagine Diego w/o Pendleton.. Infantry training there.. What memories.. but to be expanding resources.. I don't see it. 29 Palms(and part of Pendleton) is already a great proving ground. I don't see the need to expand... but I can see the San Diego is wanting the property.. but their efforts would be fruitless, you just can't get that dramatic terrain differences in any other place.

one thing that i have learned is that the corps is going to do what it wants but i cant see them expanding 29 palms that place is aready F&#ING huge but i guess we will have to wait and see
