Looks sweet, when is it going to be ready? Will we be able to get a powder coated one?
|
Will be shipping in 5-6 weeks. Air2Air gets it first. Yes it will come powder coated whatever color you want. You can get it diamond plated or smoth as well.

Very nice! Is the price as high as the high tech involved in the control system? Does the air dam close all the way to cover the lights? It would be a great addition for the high tech 4 wheelers.

About $1500-$2500 sorry its not cheap. The control system varies by model we use both switches for controls on the lower models and joystick on the higher models for movement. The lights are switched. The air dam completly covers the lights from the front but not from the top, the reason being aerodynamics. With the way that it was designed the air dam is either deflecting wind over the rack or neutral in the wind when in use. In the first models we made the cover went all the way to the back but it caused lift which caused rattles and could be potentially dangerous should it come off.

OMG. So cool I hope its not a fortune cause I want one. How soon will it be ready for production? Also like was already asked does it close fully? Could we see it on the FJ for scale etc?
|
If you go to our website at lucrumind.com and look at the two black FJ's on the top of the page you can see the prototype on its roof without the air dam. This would look the same with the exception of the air dam.

Nice, is It a HID system? What are the boxes behind the lights?
|
You can have it with any 4-6 inch lights you want, halogen or HID. The system pictured is HID and the boxes are the ballasts. Just to clarify lights are not included.
