Well I don't have all the pictures yet, but here are the first few. I installed a mix and match on board air system i put together with different components. Here is the list.
Costco Max air Compressor $45
Viair 2.5 Gallon Tank $40 (ebay)
Viair 85psi on 100psi off pressure switch. $20 (ORW)
3/8" Copper tubing for areas more voulnerable to heat and abbraision $5 (Lowes)
3/8" Nylon tubing for protected areas and easy routing. $5 (Lowes)
Misc. fittings from Lowes $30
First off I recognize that the compressor is the weak link of the system but I have let it run for 45mins continuous cycling the pressure up and down and it will get me by untill I get something more serious. The main reason i got it was because it was free from a gift cert I got, but don't get me wrong I like it and for the price its awesome. i wont replace it until it lets me down, just wont be running any air tools.
Below you can see the picture of the rear air fill station. I made a bracket and secured it to the receiver. Then I secured a QD that is connected directly to the tank via a nylon line that is routed above the bumper and over to the top of the tank. The tank is bolted into the rear crossmember with some bolts I secured to some welded in backing plates i added.
This picture is of the front fill station. The Lucrum Mounts tubular riser for its light bar made the perfect mounting point to add the needed fittings and gauge for a fill station. I used the Lucrum mount also because it provides a decent sized area that is protected. I forgot to mention, the black covers on the QD's are folding chair leg covers. 7/8" covers work perfectly and keep mud out well. You can get them from any hardware store.

This is just a closer image.

In this picture you can see the compressor. right now it is hard wired and just sitting on the floor of the cargo area. Eventually it will be mounted next to the rear passengers window above my amps in the cargo area. I have not finished welding and fabing the brackets that will secure it yet.

I will post more pictures as I get back out in the car. Its kinda a pain to take pictures since I have to use my arms to hold myself up and drag myself around, I get tired. But I'll get more soon.
