After months of hearing a rattle.

Well i found what was causing my annoying rattle that had been happening for the last 10k When i installed my all pro front skid plate i guess it was fine in the begginning but after a couple of oil changes it was starting to hit the mount above the skid. And that was causing the rattle that i was hearing. So i bent the all pro skid down a little and rattle is gone. I'm so happy now i have no problems with my fj.

Re: After months of hearing a rattle.

Did the rattle really only happen while you were going over bumps?

Re: After months of hearing a rattle.

ya it only happened going over hard bumps like pot holes that were a couple inches deep. I have only heard it a couple times off road but i thought i would of heard it alot more while i was wheeling. Im just glad its gone.

Re: After months of hearing a rattle.

Thanks, I think I might have a similar issue and thought it was hitting somewhere else.
