Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-90 (API GL-5) for 6 speed MT

Not trying to beat a dead horse again and I'm sure the answer exists somewhere in the black hole of past posts but I just purchased all my oil for the front- rear diff, trans axle, and 6 speed MT.
My question is can I use the Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-90 (API GL-5) in my 6 speed MT? I've read that others were using GL-4 and/or another version of the Amsoil 75W-90.

Use the GL-4 since it is recommended and available in 75-90. I just had to go look in the garage to see which I had used and it was 75-90 GL-4 Manual Transaxle/Transmission Lube

I used Amsoil Severe Gear 75W-90 in my front & rear diffs, my transfer case AND my manual transmission. No problems at all and that was 20,000 miles ago.

The thing I like about severe gear is you get to go 100k w/o changing the fluids vs factory 30k intervals.
