Wheel Care?

I don't do anything special for my wheels. I use car-wash soap or dawn dish detergent if they are really nasty. I waxed them last fall and this spring. Now I notice the Paint Bubbling...... any suggestions on better care and how to prevent this from getting worse?

Re: Wheel Care?

It can happen if the protective finish is damaged. Foreign object then get under the finish and mess it up, or it can just be a bad paint job.

Your options are:
a. Take it to the dealer and try to get it covered under warranty.
b. Get them repainted or powder coated.
c. Get new wheels.
d. Do nothing.
