I don't know why companies advertise an email address and then don't bother responding to potential customers. Have sent two enquiries to this company over the last two weeks and still no response. If business is so good they need to hire some more (better?) help.
This is a holiday so I doubt that any one is working it will probably be Monday or Tuesday before they respond to your e-mail...

Sometimes the email response can be spotty. Calling is a much better bet. I'm not trying to justify anything (I don't work there - just a fan of the company ) But they're an awesome group of people to deal with, so it's worth persisting.
Sorry, we are a relatively small company with a lot of technical inquiries. Our e-mails can get backed up quite quickly, I am sorry. What address did you send it to?
