Yeah, I was just kidding abut the 1967 thing. You got it. Man-A-Fre has been in business since 1023 when they started as an outfit to build armour for horses in the Norman army. They built the N-257 "heavy battle armour" for William's frontline "shock" cavalry in 1066. In the mid 1500's they got into recreational "offroad" horse armour. The interest in extreme horse rock crawling came to the US in the early 1700's via Mexico, and MAF has been building some of the best offroad horse -- and then of course later truck -- accessories and protection since the foundation of the California Republic.
