Keep in mind that I have no mud flaps and the FabFours rear bumper so your set up could be slightly different depending on your after-market options.
IMO, lights that low will get beat up bad by rocks/mud. I suggest that you install high floods. I'm not saying "copy me" but this solution (below) works.
