Finally got it sorted.
Weighs approx 80 - 90 lb + winch.
0.120 x 1.5 ID tube for hoops and top bar.
3/16 plate for bumper 'skin'.
1/4 plate for winch bracket.
The bumper itself is secured independently to the winch support plate.
The winch plate is secured to the vehicle using the 8 14mm nuts on the front of the frame and side brackets which go down the side of the frame rail and utilize existing holes to secure and avoid frame flexing while winching.
The grill on the bumper is cut out of the factory front bumper to match the body grille.
Driving lights can be ordered as well, we use Hella.
Been running it for a few months now, even rolled the bumper into the wall on the esculator with no substantial damage. It is strong!
We may be organising a group buy for this bumper soon depending on interest.
Special Orders of no, one or all three hoops on the bumper can be done (at this stage)
Winch pattern is standard for all conventional winches, however it will need to be clocked.
