Do you know Steve if those crates come in BC? I need a set to carry my bar around with me

Re: LandCruiserSteve's Sun Fusion

Good Work, I like the rear bumper spray black as well as the white letters showing. I like them showing too, but my tire choice did not have that option :-(

Any Skid plates in the future?

I'm waiting for Steve's next mod because he always comes up with the smartest way of doing things.

No. Black Cherry is an unauthorized color for plastic crates, and generally illegal in most states. You will obviously have to sell your BC and buy a more crate-friendly FJ, such as the Sun Fusion. Sorry.

Thanks, Larry. I don't know if it's always the "smartest way," but I usually look for the easiest (laziest) way.

Hah! No way, I think I'll just Dragonize my yellow plastic crates and make them BC

I've got a mod for you to look into. I've been trying to come up with a way to mount an Oh Sh!t bar above the passenger glove box. You know like the big two hander kinds. Maybe between us we can come up with something. I believe the true trouble is securing it properly.

Ironically, I actually thought of that once, but couldn't find a sturdy enough (and clear) mounting surface behind the plastic. Plus, I know that the passenger airbag is deployed from the top part of the dash, however, I'm always concerned anything immediately below it that might impede its effectiveness.
