No trim on the mounts but I had to trim the factory skid plate on the rear corners due to the wheel rubbing slightly.

I bought it from my buddy who installed it on his FJ. He is upgrading to the 6 inch Pro Comp lift. It took us about two hours to take it off his and put it on mine.
