The DB ratings were interesting to find out. It really does make the car quite a bit more quiet!

Posted more pics!

This is probably a stupid question, but can you feel the weight of all that Dynamat after installing it?

Now, that takes guts to strip a relatively new truck like that!! I'm impressed. Eager to see the progress and completion.

This might sound funny... But it "sounds" Heavier than it did before. By that I mean......

I can't hear the road noise build as the speed increases so it seems like im going slower, same with the wind noise also you can't hear the engine as well so it makes it seem like when you get on it that it is being "lazy" but there is no difference in the way it drives that has changed.

On my road trip this weekend with the DB meter the windnoise that I experienced at 65mph previously I now experience at 95mph!!!!

The sound dampening weighed right about 80lbs through out the whole car.

I hope this helps...

Re: Chitownfj 2007 Ti FJ Build (tunes-lift etc)

Dynamat is only on my front doors, suicide doors, rear door and both sides of the cargo walls.
I forgot about the rear pioneer camera sometime I'll leave it on while I'm driving
It's great!
