Then I modified the Factory Mounting system for the front bumper. The All pro has a very tight fit for locking the bolts on the studs so I chopped off the hard to get to ones and purchased some Grade 8 Hardware to replace them so they can bolt from the back side and be much easier to access!

Great idea!! Since the lateral frame studs are the
only attach points for the All-Pro front bumper (compared to other brands that use additional support brackets), that makes a lot of sense beefing up that particular area.
When I pull my All-Pro off prior to relinguishing my FJ to the dealership for the inner fender cracking repair, I'm going to re-install it using your method . . . . perhaps even adding
another mounting hole or two on that face plate.

All Pro really did not give any consideration to ease the mounting process of this winch, it was near impossible to get a real sized wrench on anything up in the belly of this thing!

Tell me about it.

When I installed my All-Pro winch bumper, it took about two hours to get the bumper on, and almost
another two hours just trying to get those last two bolts on the winch tray tightened.

They should've provided access holes from the bottom of the bumper for a socket extension.

I also removed the all pro tag on the bumper! Why do they put that on there! Now there is holes where it used to be, so stupid, are they that worried about advertising or branding?

Me, too. I pulled off their advertising on both my front and rear All-Pro bumpers. As to not leave the remaining holes naked, I filled them with 1/8" black-painted pop rivets.
Otherwise, CHITOWNFJ, your FJ is looking fantastic as ever!!
