looks like you guys had a blast!
It's one of those things - when offered the choice between yard work and taking the FJ out for the weekend, the result is a forgone conclusion!

And in all seriousness, 50% of the joy in this sport/passtime is the people you run with. The SoCal group is made up of people from all walks of life who revel in getting out of the city and accumulating trail dust and mud on their FJ's. THEY make it fun!

Agree very much, but...... these things require a "ringleader" who wants to make it happen, someone who others willingly gather around. Ringleaders are not challenged by yard work anyhow... They truly enjoy getting folks together to share an adventure.

Re: The Scorpion

I wouldn't normally post this picture, but many of you know my daughter and trail buddy MISSUPHILL from trail runs, camping in the backwoods, digging the FJ out of a bog, spooling out winch line and so forth. She does clean-up. This is a photo from this afternoon (Junior Prom).

Re: The Scorpion

Too late...he's hooked! Can you blame him????

Larry, she's beautiful regardless of whether she's sporting a dusty t-shirt or a sleek prom dress. But her outgoing and bubbly personality are really what make her stunning.
