Lance the rig is awesome buddy, all the work has paid off. Now it's time to go play in the dirt It looks like you had a great trip to Peru after the Summit.

Re: 1leglance's BlueJ by DirtyParts.com

The whole time I was in Peru I wanted my FJC to wheel with,...lots of great desert, crazy mountains and hardly anyone wheels.
Now back home it is all about night runs till the heat breaks...
Looking forward to chatting again at the 08 summit and I hope to have more mods done by then

Looks Great! I am having Larry do my roof rack lighting soon. Can you tell us about the sun shade? Is it the same one Larry has?

Re: 1leglance's BlueJ by DirtyParts.com

Oh yeah my sunshade....I oughta do a write up just on that...
yes it is the same as Larry's and with the brutal AZ sol it works wonders...a little hard to reach the passenger side since I am only 5'8" but worth the effort..also nice that it retracts and is always there and ready...sometimes you have to fiddle with it to fold up correctly but again well worth it for the blockage...
I haven't seen any other shade well sized to the FJ that wasn't bulky and more of a hassle.

I am planning some more mods and I still have to post on a number of things I missed in my writeup so watch for more to come..
