Re: Runt mobile

I wouldn't call it a 'runt'.....it looks more like the 'pick of the litter' to me!

That's a nice looking rig you have there!

Man, I love that bumper. Somehow I've overlooked Expedition One - I'll have to re-check the comparison thread. How has the finish held up? Don't tell us those fairlead rollers are still black!

Re: Runt mobile

lol......they were just re-powder coated about four days before this pic. EX1 was screwed over by there powder coater & I had to repaint my bumper due to rust issues. EX1 was great and refunded the powder coating cost at there cost. Basically they transfered the customer getting screwed to EX1 getting screwed. They seem like a very honerable small company. Really a out standing company (product & service).....I highly recommend EX1. I love the bumper as well. Once you look at it closely it is very well designed and constructed, light (92 lbs) and functional. In my opinion the EX1bumper is one of the few bumpers with the right mix of attributes such as low weight, a open winch bay and enough reinforceing to use a 12,000 lb winch.

Looks effin' killer Runt. You've got yourself an exceptional build going and can't wait to see what you do next.

Cheers

Re: Runt mobile

Thanks Brazenhead. Check out the Utility box/sleeping platform in construction in the forum interior thread to see whats next. Once its done I'll post the info to my build thread. After that its a Titan air compressor under the hood. Then its fishing time, which equals no more mods. The wife is very stern about going fishing or camping every weekend (she is amazing at fishing)....its hard to fit in trigger & bike time. For sure no more mods till winter...ya right its a sickness I can't quite cold turkey.
