Super Sweet!! I love that thing. One question though. Where are the rear jumps?

Looking at the hood of that thing has me thinking (in conjunction with Air2Air's thread about underhood engine heat) that some louvers might be a good way of getting rid of some of the heat in the FJ Cruisers engine bay, plus I think it would look pretty trick. A common mod on old Range Rovers that also suffer from excessive engine bay heat because of the clam shell hood.

Where are the seat belts?
The FJ-25s only had the basic lap belts back in those days. They're attached to the floor immediately behind the driver's and passenger's seats.

can you sleep in it, and does it have heated seats? (couldn't pass that up)
Nope, no plans for the sleeper "BOX" to be adapted to this one.

And, the seats only get heated when you leave the truck outside in summer.
(Believe it or not, the FJ-25 doesn't even come standard with a regular heater for the interior.)

Seriously though, I am curious how difficult it was to locate the replacement parts, and/or what type of references were needed to locate the old stuff?
Some of the parts are literally impossible to obtain, which has the few FJ-25 owners who are out there having to get very creative. Fortunately, some of the early FJ-40 parts are backward-compatible with the FJ-25. And, there are still a few parts that are actually obtainable from Toyota.

Plus, there's kind of a "coalition" of us FJ-25'ers over on IH8MUD who are constantly swapping FJ-25 rarities back and forth. Otherwise, you pray that you don't break anything important. Needless to say, I don't 'wheel the FJ-25.
