Re: The RAPTOR (Shadow Warrior's Build)

Alot better, I noticed I don't get a bunch of distortion anymore, and it can be cranked up alot more if I wanted too. I may now have to do the other small speakers...hummm

I guess it will be about a month and a half out, I sent them one of my large IPF's so they can build around it. They have one custom rack in front of mine that has to be finished up first, then they will start on mine...

A little bit of everything, Classic Rock, Rock, Country, Classical, etc.

I don;t listen to music alot while traveling, I like to use the time to think.....

I just read your build for the first time, and again, your TRD is very, very kick ass man! I'm very jealous, and I look forward to seeing it, and meeting you in Ouray.

Re: The RAPTOR (Shadow Warrior's Build)

Hey there Mike, I like how you removed the fender flares. Did you remove them because of rubbing issues when flexing or some sort? I have a major annoying rub at full flex because of wheel spacers. I want to remove them but i am afraid that rub with out fenders is worse on the tires?
Thanks
Abdul

Re: The RAPTOR (Shadow Warrior's Build)

I think the Gobi rack is a great choice for the Raptor.

My rig is very "Squared-Off", retro old school, military style, and the ARB is right for me.

The Raptor, on the other hand, is much more organic in form.

The Gobi rack is the perfect choice.

I can't wait to see it.
