Nope still a lazy bum, don't want to take the roof rack off again and I need to to wire it right.
But keep asking maybe it will encourage me to do it.

You're lazy too? I need to move all of my accessories to my dual battery and I'm totally whining about doing that. Well, I have to move them once I put the kit in.

Ya I hate it. I wish I could take a week off so I could just work on the FJ and truck and get it all done. When are you picking up a dual kit?
Here are pics of the PowerTank mounted.

I've got everything and it looks like I'll be doing the install next Friday. After I get everything in (dual batt. kit and winch), I've got to reset the front Height on the WEs. Fun times good buddy. Hey man when are those PRIMM races?
What is that mounted to? Is there a bracket under there on that side?

I was thinking the same thing. Looks like the plastic panel is sagging.
No bracket just mounted to the plastic for now, I didn't even notice the sag till you guys pointed it out. I will take a close look at it tomorrow and yank on it real good to see how well it will hold. (6 - 3/8" bolts) If it is need I will have to make some brackets that connect to the fender. I do have a nice test run this weekend on the mojave will see if it hold on.

Good luck with the install. I haven't ever gone to the Primm races but there is a desert race out there I think this weekend or next. For CORR there first race of the season is April 26 & 27 in Pomona. Those races are a blast.

That's because he was sitting on it during the install.
If I sat on it there would have been nothing left.

It looks fine in person, not sure if the contour or the plastic fender and angle it goes up at is making it look like its bending or what but in person it looks good. I jerked on it real good, up and down side to side and its on very good. the plastice fender bends a bit but not bad I think it might even be kind of nice that way lets it give a little.
Well here a pic at a different angle.

Just got back from the Mojave run and the power tank bracket held great and the Powertank worked great as well. seated a bead on a tire with it and filled up my tires. And it looks good.
Friday I got my rear suspension installed (Donahoe rear springs and shocks). I had Jake over at Demello do it for me since I was over there picking up parts any way. I was heading out to Mojave that night and didn't feel like installing it in the dark in my driveway. Uphill was kind enough to give me his old DR rear springs after he replaced them with some OME heavy's to hold up his new rear bumper. Thanks Larry your a good man! The on road handling and feel is much improved over the stock rear plus I don't have a sagging rear end any more. Off road is a huge improvement over stock, takes the bumps, whoops and jumps like a champ. (I need an alignment after the weekend)
Here she is after the install with a full load of camping supply's and gas on the roof.
This is before with no load
