Yep still no front sway bar, and it was fun for sure we where flying through the wash trying to find a nice jump but we didn't have much luck with the jump part.
thats correct E. and I wouldn't say its close by. We started the day in Barstow playing around in the OHV area where MDR has there race's then after toping off the tanks we decided to go up to Afton canyon to try and get some better pics. Going the speed limit it's about 2.5 hours for me to Afton canyon.

I love the truck but I took it apart after I lost a nut to paint some of the parts and to go over all the part and re torque all the nuts and bolts. I also sent the shocks into be re-valved, they had to much compression I should get them back this week and everything should be back together by Friday. I hope to get it smogged on Friday as well so I can drive it legally this weekend. I will make sure to take some good pictures for you.
Glad the pic's made it hope you guys like them. Hows Anita doing?
It would be rough living on the road all the time but you do get to see a lot of the country at lest.
I need to upgrade my computer to edit the video I took but I did upload the raw video from top of the world. After I upgrade my PC I will start to edit all the video and try and put something nice together.

I was blown away by Josh's driving. He has kept a big secret from us; he is fast; very fast. Here is the first 1:30 of the 15-minute video Josh and I went out to shoot Saturday. It's in Afton Canyon and Barstow. It's only the intro part so sorry, it ends far too soon: Uber FJ intro on Vimeo
Thanks for the kind words Todd. I hope to one day be like my race hero's Ivan Stewart and Johnny Greaves, all I need is a couple mill to get Dylan to design and build me a work of art to race in baja. Any one care to donate to the cause?
By the way I keep watching the video, it is look so awesome, can't wait to see how the rest of it turns out!

After I got it back from Demello's I drove it around for a week off and on (tags are expired) and lost the nut on the lower ball joint that attaches the spindle to the lower A-arm. Nothing major happened so I called a friend and he came by with a new nut and we put it back together then drove it home and parked it. Took the front end all apart so that I could paint the upper and lower A-arms and also to go over all the nuts and bolts so that I don't loose any more and cause some major damage. While it was all apart I figured I would send my shocks back to FOA to get revalved (less compression). I was hoping I would have gotten the shocks back this week so I could drive it to the Forever Wild work party but FOA wont be mailing the shocks back till today or tomorrow. So it looks like next week will be when it gets put all back together and smoged so that I can legally drive it. Once its all back together I will post some pics of it in the dirt.
Edit:
Just heard from FOA at lunch and shocks are getting shipped today.
