TCT's build up...a work in progress

Well since I have a few mods building up on my FJ I thought I would start a thread about it.

started with a 07, 4x4, auto trans, fully loaded (except sliders)

So far...

Road Armor Front Bumper (powder coated)

PIAA yellow lights in bumper with painted black covers. (The white stuck out too much)

Hella black magic lights on the front bumper.

PIAA and Hella lights wired into running lights but operate separate from high beams.

Some brighter/white bulbs in headlights with a blue phosphorus ring around them so they glow blue when turned off. Sorta cool I guess.

17x9 American Racing Teflon Chamber wheels.

33 inch Dick Cepek mud country tires

Body mount chop (not re-welded yet)

OME 883 front springs and a shim to level the front end.

I have a lot more I want to do but this is a good start.

The first pic is of the FJ in bone stock form and the 2nd is with the front bumper and the OME lift.

The rest are with the new shoes...

Enjoy!

Thanks. It's starting to look/drive like what FJ's should have been off the showroom floor.

Very nice rig, TCT. That Road Amor bumper looks perfect on your Titanium!!!

Are you going to black-out your bezel??

Re: TCT's build up...a work in progress

no plans on painting the bezel.

Other mods "on the way"...

sound deadening material in interior.

Light bar on roof rack

light tint on side windows

GPS

rear camera

some better "under the rig" protection

steel rear bumper with a better/stronger spare wheel mount so I can get an equal sized spare without worrying about long term damage to rear door.

and once I start wheeling more than just screwing around...

a wench

better suspension set up.

and thanks for the "props"
