Re: fjcruzer123 evolution

Installed 5mm trim packers and 10mm enhancers on the OME front coils.

Also pulled the BudBuilts, de-rusted, sanded, primed and painted.

Thread here:

Will post completed pics after the Buds a back on, the MT's mounted and aligned later this week.

Re: fjcruzer123 evolution

Results of the lift enhancement and painting. Clearance from center of hub to fender is 24" front and rear on the driver's side and 24 1/4" front and rear on the passenger side. Perfectly level unloaded front and rear, but still a little lean on the driver's side.

Nice and even front and rear

Uniball settled so it's not at maximum deflection

10mm enhancer on the top

5mm trim packer on the bottom

Rust-free skids and cross member front to rear

ARB full rack and snorkel arrive Friday, but will have to wait until the snow and midterms blow over.

Got the seat heaters here:

2005 Toyota 4Runner Factory Seat Heaters(driver & passanger sides)

The 4Runner set installs without a hitch and as far as a seat bracket goes, no, but not sure what you're wondering about.
I have never seen the heating element for seat heaters i thought they would in some sort of frame that you fabbed up. But, very cool nonetheless.

Nope, just the typical differential due to battery and fuel tank weight. The 5mm trim packer is supposed to help level it, and it did help a little. I have midterms all next week, so I'm out of the loop for the next 8-9 days.

I'm waiting for Kaymar to get their production bumper out. Check out Man-a-fre's site if you want to have a look. Kaymar is sort of the premier Aussie company of rear bumpers.

Yeah, they just slip in between the foam backing and the seat cover.
