Thanks! I'm loving the way your rig turned out too! When are we hitting the trails?

Thanks. I love eating so I needed this tray!

Thank you Bill. I only hope mine can one day look as good as Taira!

This Saturday. Lytle Creek!

I found the place that I got the tray from. It is Pitproducts.com. Search for item #610.

Re: Fjamming's "Genie"

Lytle Creek is just north of Rancho Cucamonga. About 5 miles north of I-15 and 210fwy. The plan is to head up there after the Demello open house. Moderate trailing with some mud, rocks, and snow.

I thought I had seen that tray on a trailer site before. When are you going to do your beadlocks?

I don't know anymore..

I'm starting welding classes at the local college next week. I'm inclined to go your route and make my own-if I find that I can trust myself. They have welding and CNC classes so it looks really fun! I'm running the Tacoma wheels right now and will start to do some harder trails and see how they hold up. The LTBs have been incredible for offroading and really grips well. I'll try and see how badly do I need the beadlocks. The prices on Impact steel beadlocks are really good though so if I get impatient I may just move for those ($280 each).

Re: Fjamming's "Genie"

A few of us went out to Lytle Creek today. Little day trip out to a local off road area. It was a beautiful day. Temperature were in the high 30s and low 40s. It rained as we got to the trail head. No biggy, makes it more fun. There were still quite a bit of snow at the higher elevations.

Here are some pictures.

Went to play in the deeper snow and DominicG got a little stuck. Broke out the winch and out he came. We were aired down at all so it was expected.

Re: Fjamming's "Genie"

Homedad's loop mod to the passenger headrest inspired me to add my own. I have 2 little ones (5 and 7) and they have a hard time getting into the FJ. They like the Trailgear sliders, but they usually need a little boost too to get in.

I had quite a few ID tags from Trail team events. They are light and won't scratch. They are not super strong, but my kids are only 50lbs so these will work.

I clipped off the metal end where the ID attaches to just looped them around the headrest. Simple yet effective. It even says "FJ Cruiser"!
