The flares and the lift make the tires look small. The BFG's are my commuting tires and they look better than the stock Duncraps. I live in Fort Worth, but work in Dallas and mileage was killing me with the big heavy Swampers. The Swampers will remain in the garage until I go on wheeling trips. I will extend the lift of the tires and reduce stress and the front suspension.

I am no fan of the mud, but my son Chad was with us on a pre-Jamboree run and wanted to play. I let him hit it a couple of times.

He smerks as I tell him he gets to wash it!

Pick your lines carefully.

On the small end of the rock garden.

Re: WILSON's (aka FJinDFW) Hand Picked Cherry

Well we did not bring home any winnings from the Jamboree raffle this year. We did however get to see some old friends and meet some new ones. Thanx to everyone who made it out.
A couple of pics from the event as she rides now...Well that's not completely true. I have mounted the Hi-lift to the rear of the ARB rack. I used a mount made for the Baja Rack, but it works just fine and saved me about $30. I got it from Genuine Toyota Parts and Accessories wholesale to the public. and will get some pics posted later. But here are pics from Jambo:

New wheels and tires thanx to Genuine Toyota Parts and Accessories wholesale to the public. who loaded, or should I same crammed, the FJ with even more goodies to be announced later. Wheels are Moto Metal 951B's in 16x9 wrapped by Super Swamper SSR 285/70/R16. Later replaced under warranty with 305's. More meat!

That would make them roughly 33x11.00's. You should be alright with 33x11.50s though brad.

That mud hole looks so familiar. I stayed outta that goop though, haha.
