Smurfj Expedition Vehicle

After year and a half of being a happy FJ owner, I came up with a couple bucks to do some modding the my FJ.
I installed the following

RC 6 inch lift
Bushwaker Fender Flares
Safari Snorkel
TRD Cold Air Intake
Borla Exhaust
IPF Headlight bulbs
Firestick rear stoplight
Painted Grille, handles and mirrors
GMC SUBURBAN overhead console with reading lights (LOVE THIS MOD)
Mickey Thompson Classic 2 wheels
315/70 R17 Mickey Thompson BAJA MTZ Radials

RECENT MODS
Lucrum Winch Mount ( I adapted some larger brackets to fit my warn lights, always maintaining a stock look)
Warn 9000 Winch
Warn Winch remote control
Radflo Coilovers
1 inch wheel spacers
Hi Lift roof Mount

Soon to Come
LUCRUM LLS LIGHT BAR (Should be installing it in a month)

Full Under Body Armor.

Overall I am pretty happy with the mods I have done so far. You can look closely at the mod I did with the front right fender flare to accomodate the snorkel and keeping a stock look to it.

Talking Re: Smurfj Expedition Vehicle

While installing the snorkel I marked on cardboard paper the area where the snorkel was laying. I removed the snorkel and mounted the Fender flare and with a dremel tool, i cut the flare exactly where the markings on the cardboard paper matched. After a few hours of measuring and cutting I came up with an exact fitment for the snorkel.

To finsh it up and give it a stock look to it, I went to a place where they sell automotive plastics and inserted the plastic in the contour where I did the cutting.

Re: Smurfj Expedition Vehicle

That is a VERY clean install on the snorkel/bushwhackers. I had considered something similar, but didnt have the cojones to even try it. Nice work!
