Yessir, the FJ is about ready. The last real thing I need to do is the rear breather mod. What about you? I'm really looking forward to getting out on the road with you guys again and enjoying that incredible landscape.

I will need to do my 30k tune up before the trip and still have to drill that stupid hole in the roof and run my wires, so not looking forward to that. also would like to do scuba mods, but not to worried about that one. Also have an idea for the roof rack but I don't have the fund to do what I want right now so I will just hold off on that. But can't wait to get out on the road with everyone. This will be a great trip. I need to start rolling all my change in the Sparklet's bottle for my gas money though.

oh ya the 30k deal, I'll need to do that also. That's just plugs right? Oh man I'm so going to be rolling up my change too. I'm going to buy one more huge old school red plastic gas can to match the other old can I have. That should give me 10 extra gallons for roaming around in Utah. I want to buy a slide hammer too. Just in case someone breaks a half shaft. Better safe then sorry right?

Thanks Ryan. I like it too. Yours looks really good with the black rims now. Take those measurements for your lift and let me know what you get. Measure from the bottom of the black plastic fender above each wheel well to the ground on all four corners. Make sure you are on a nice flat surface.

Talking Re: El Froggo (Frogeye's FJ Buildup)

I got to race my 58 today at an AutoX event here in San Diego. AutoX is very fun, especially in an old LBC.

I ran 3 timed laps for the main event.

1st. lap 1:44.00
2nd lap 1:39.00
3rd lap 1:36.00

Hopefully I took 3rd in the modified division but who cares I had so much fun.

There were about 10 Frogeyes of various builds (mild to wild). Here are a few.

Good times
