Thats a great looking job, nice post too.I never would have thought it was so much work to get it linexed,so thanks for posting.
Did the extra thickness of linex pose any hassles in re-assembly?
I have been thinking of at least getting my Rock rails and brush bar Linexed since I had to bend the ends of the brush bar out to clear the Bushwacker flares and cracked the oem crinkle paint a bit.Wonder what it might cost to have these done?

Extra thickness was avoided, around the holes for clips.
Do not linex your rock rails, the second you really rub them across rocks, it will look like a peeling snake

when you gonna post info on the inverter install?
LOL....I need to write it up. I just don't like doing full on write ups. I like to comment and give folks tips, but doing full on rights takes a lot for me to do ...sorry...
A fellow member will soon be doing a write up based on my dual battery isolator setup, so watch out for that.

Is it a pain to wash and how durable against tree branches and stuff?
I let the rain wash it No seriously, dirt just rinses right off.
Durability, well it is damn near indestructible, they use this stuff on pickup beds(construction) that get lots more abuse then I can ever do.
When I wheel, I no longer avoid branches and stuff...if it gives me the better line, I'll take it. And it is a lot stronger then just factory paint , but can be very price, if completely done by professionals (more then it's worth).

X2 on the rain rinse! I've taken mine throught some pretty good muddy holes and the truck just seems to come out cleanOn a side note though,it does'nt make for good picsI'll also agree with Swicago in that i don't worry about taking a certain line anymore because of branches ect.
