I am going to use the composite boards they left in my home for use as hurricane window covers....and skeletonize the bottom to save weight.

Well after three days of haggling and being on the fence...I walked away Saturday night at Summit with full set of OUTRIDERS suspension armor.....thanks to his wife that was willing to put up with my dealing.
Installed the shock mount armor with no problem. Heavy duty with drain holes in them and very easy to mount.
The front and rear LCA armor was not that bad either other than mine was already beat up from what little rocks I encounter in east...so had to do some prying and hammering to get it to all fit. Found that if I loosened rear slightly it helped get front lined up better for the upgraded hardware. They are all 1/4 inch steel....very solid with new grade 10 (i think) hardware provided. Rear has cutouts for brake line mounts....so no clearance issues.
Fronts....
Rears....
The rear diff was a bit of a challenge for me...as I tried to use bottle jack with piece of wood to lift it up and install. A call to Digger informed me it is easier to do it under stress...so got floor jack and positioned so service plug was about centered in the opening of diff armor and lifted until wheels wanted to start going up...and it springs the outer arms of diff guard enough to make lining up the mounts and bolts much much easier. After they were started I moved floor jack towards front and pushed up to put final brace on where drive shaft enters rear housing. Got it started and started tightening them down. When I released the jack it is VERY solid and acts as a truss and actually strengthens the entire assembly. I am very pleased... diff armor is one piece of steel that is bent and then seams welded outside and inside only when needed. Service port is included that is very solid as well....from front side it also protects the E-Locker so there is no need for a separate ELocker armor fix if you use this one from DIGGER.
Yes I know my rear LCA armor is black and everything else is red. I was not willing to wait so took the red and painted the raw ones Hammered Finish...will repaint others later so they all match but I am very pleased and they are VERY VERY SOLID. Thanks Digger and especially Mrs Digger
