Hey Brett. I am in Afghanistan. Been here about a month. Prior to that I was busy getting ready to come over here. Seems like I'm in a planning and budget stage right now as far plans go on my FJ. I'm missing several events including Summit but I should be going next year. I think I'm also going to plan on going to the Overland Expo. I'll be off for almost 3 months when I get back. my email address is john.d.silva@us.army.mil if you want to shoot me an email. Hope things are going well for you and your business ventures. I'm still studying on some small business options for when I get back for myself.

    Hey John,
I was wondering if you had been deployed yet? Looks like you have been off the site since 5/8/12. You are probably gone?

Don't know much about the Rancho quick lift. I am happy with the OME set up and have had both the mediums and now heavy coils. If you are not going to install an after market bumper then I would go with their light coils which you might be able to use your current shocks. If you think you may some day out in an after market bumper then I would go with the medium coils 885/895 and matching shocks so that you don't have to change them twice. You will finde lots of people who have the OME lift and are happy with it. Also depends on what you want to do with your vehicle. If you just want a lift for the looks then save some money and get a daystar spacer lift. Hope this helps
