    hey man sorry for the late reply didnt even see that i had a msg. yes there was drilling required also a jack nut installer makes it easyer. i do have install pics if u still require them, the ladder is good esp for the price. i had to tweek the top as it hit my body when closing the door, after the install i climbed the ladder, im a 230lb dude and i hopped up and down and it felt nice and solid. it follows the stock spare tire line quite well, so having a bigger tire on the back prolly would require a spacer for the spare.
