Sorry for the delayed response. I have since sold the FJ for a Jeep JKU so I rarely ever come on here anymore. The Rocky Mountain tires were terrific, and the Daystar kit work great in the sand. The tire size I was running was 285/75/16. As for wheeling in the sand, just put it in 4wd and go, don't worry about letting tire pressure out and all of that jazz you read about on here. The FJ is a beast in the sand, never once did I get stuck. I just got rid of it because the suicide doors are a pain in the ass with teenagers to get in the back, plus their view sucked back there, the 4 door Jeep is much more family friendly. lol
