Its coming. Be patient. We are getting lots of questions on it. There is still plenty of work we need to do before we can show it and price it. The big question is always price. We have to have it finished to see what the final cost will be.

Metal-tech 4x4 has been building swing out rear bumpers for FJ40 Land Crusiers for years. We know what it takes to make a strong performance system. SO for the Metal-tech Red Eye rear bumper we will be using some of those components. Things like a 1750lbs rated pivot, 2000lbs rated latch system and option of a stainless steel latch etc.
We have a few surprises (features) too but we will wait to release the bumper. If you are not one of our Facebook fans, please become one. All first release info will be there first, then over here.

Do you foresee these being available as an add to an existing plate bumper, almost in a kit form?
銀チタン First focus is getting these into production. Once we have achieved that, we can look at a kit for the swing arm system. Keep in mind its very hard to properly graft a swing out system into an existing bumper due to all the added internal support you need. (Both at the pivot and the latch) This would be in the hands of your local fabricator adding the system.
