Re: New MT step sliders arrived!

Nice...they look stout and it should be easy to follow your line if they get used.

Nice BMthiker, I like them. Did they powder coat red for you or do they all come red ? I cant wait for their front tube bumper's. Metal Tech is over here in the Pacific NW, how did you luck out and get first production ? (lucky guy)
They come black, the red was a custom request for Dig Dug. Since BMThiker was so patient in waiting for us to get them dialed in we picked up the tab on his custom color request. Normally this would cost an extra $120 for the custom color.

Funny note on these: We almost potentially had two red sets! Since we where trying to push these though powder ASAP we delivered them to their dock vrs. Wait for their truck to pick them up. Well we unloaded the pallet out of the back of my truck, I am told their dock foreman for what we wanted. Two RD02 (the red they are) and the rest BK08 (black we use). As I was walking away he asks “are these left and right”! YIKES we had also loaded the pallet with all the lefts on the bottom and all the rights on top, man that would have sucked getting two red rights back! Next time we drop stuff off on that dock we are leaving a case of beer for the foreman!
