MT Customer Service... Priceless

I have been working with Mark and LT for the past month or so devising a plan for my FJ build. After much research and financial planning I had an appointment to have my lift, UCAs, sliders, and a few other odds and ends installed this coming Saturday. After receiving word on Tuesday that I would be getting laid off at the end of the month, I was forced to cancel my appointment and back out of the purchases we had planned. I called LT and canceled. He was very understanding and wished me the best. Today I got a call from Mark expressing his condolences and reassuring me that things would work themselves out, that he completely understands since he too has been there. These guysreally go the extra mile and for that I wanted to publicly say thanks.

MetalTech is a first class operation not only for their quality merchandise, but more importantly, for their level of customer service.

Re: MT Customer Service... Priceless

Well that's great. I just saw 'MT Customer Service
' on the front forum page and thought it might be something negative. If it was I'd have to come in and write about my wonderful experience :-).

Thanks for the thread, it really shows how MT treats people not just customers.

Great post about MT. They are great guys to work with. Met Mark a few times at wheeling events and he's just a great guy to talk to. Sorry about your current situation and hope you get back on your feet soon.

Met Mark and LT at the NWFJCC Open House event several months ago. They opened their whole shop, answered questions, let us use the welder...it was awesome! Very cool folks.

Re: MT Customer Service... Priceless

After seeing this thread it reminded me I needed some more lights and who better to call up than MT. Talked to LT for a while and they're getting 2 x 1540 and 520 fog lights for me. They can order anything from PIAA which I was informed is located close by.

Of course they won't be billing me till they are ready to ship. That's just how they roll .

Re: MT Customer Service... Priceless

I'd also like to commend Metal Tech for their customer service. I ordered a set of rock sliders and there was a fitment issue with the driver side slider. I sent LT a pm over the weekend and promptly got a phone call from him on Monday. I received a partial refund and he was going to make a change in the fixturing to correct the issue.

Excellent customer service. Can't wait to see the lightbar!
