Re: Kansas City area FJ's!

Here's a shot of my daugher & I horsing around infront of my FJ.

We should meet up some saturday morning at one of the Einstein Bagels or Panera's

Say Next Saturday the 18th at 9, is the Einsteins in Prairie Village okay or something closer to an interstate, like the Panera's off Shawnee Mission Parkway & I35 by the Trek store?

I'm up for something like that, but I'm camping next weekend. How about everyone else?

I'd really like to get together for a day at Tuttle Creek sometime, but I won't have time for anything like that until at least February.

Re: Kansas City area FJ's!

Or how about the 26th or something? We'd want to try and accomodate everyone and make it a nice sized meet...

Thoughts?

Re: Kansas City area FJ's!

I vote for a Saturday morning. Thanksgiving weekend probably means that people will either be out of town or have company.

How about the next weekend--Dec 2?

Talking Re: Kansas City area FJ's!

I've had my Sun Fusion FJ A/T for a week, and my wife begs to drive it and my friends are cursing me under their breath in jealousy. I, too, am a backpacker and I'm looking forward to taking the FJ up the trails in CO next year...

BTW, I got mine at Adams Toyota, and it was the easiest auto purchase I've ever made. 1st Class service.

Overland Park, 30something, married, 2 kids, #3 arriving shortly.

I can probably make a Plaza run, or a Saturday morning meet, given some notice.

Re: Kansas City area FJ's!

I got the upgraded stereo short of the subwoofer. Anyone here have the subwoofer? I'd like to hear it and decide if I want to try to add it.

Smile Re: Kansas City area FJ's!

Most Saturdays work for us. Hopefully we can find one where everyone can get together. Panera would be my choice off Shawnee Mission Parkway. But what everyone decides is ok with us.

We have the subwoofer in our FJ. You're free to give a listen anytime.

Re: Kansas City area FJ's!

Anyone in KC change out their speakers? If so I'd like to hear them. I have the upgraded radio short of the sub and IMO this is the worst sounding stereo I've had in a car in a long time. I like the stock look so really only interested in new speakers.

Thanks
