Talking Chicago FJs & Ouray '08 SUmmit

Heya Everyone;

I am planning on going to Ouray Fj Summit with my Wife and Kid.
Is it best to book hotel now?
Is anyone going to camp at a camping ground?
Who all is going from Chicago area?

And last, since there are so many of us Chicago FJ'ers, anyone interested in starting a ChiTown FJ club?

Thanks everyone for your input.

Book a hotel now. They fill up quick.

I'm going and staying at the Hot Springs Inn.

FJ Club? Nice idea. Phil, you on here?

Re: Chicago FJs & Ouray '08 SUmmit

If anyone wants to discuss A club option, we could always use CHAT...
Well at least my chat.
I have an old chat I wrote a few years back running on my webserver that we could use, or we could start a new thread on this.
anways: here is the URL if interested in discussing a Club grounding for Chicago/IL FJ owners
CHAT .. Now don't expect it to always be up, I have a comcast line, so it's not the best in the world.

I'll make decals.

I would like to see it a bit bigger. There are a lot of Southern Wisconsin peeps we hang with, too. ...and Indiana. Midwest FJ Club?

Indiana has a Club, but I'm sure NorthWest INs can join us if they choose so. WI has no club yet, so I am sure some of our friends there will want to join us.
Anyways, lets wait till Phil puts out his official Thread so we can get this thing going... don't want to start a

No, it's all good. Clubs should be fun and not confrontational. I was just putting out ideas.
