Re: Chicagoland Toyota Jamboree - Planning Dept.

Ok folks we're just over a month away from this event and the only thing left to do is get a list of folks who are volunteering for this event. As previously stated, we will need trail guides, tail gunners, and food service volunteers.

I will be there for the entire 3 day event. I have made it known that I will run the food service portion of this but I will need another 2 or 3 folks to pitch in with me for a couple of hours on Saturday with setup, prep and clean up. I promise to feed you and make you laugh the entire time. The only day I will need your help for the food is Saturday afternoon.

Those of you interested in trail leading or being a tail gunner should contact John, (4Rnr) and let him know when you're available. He'll coordinate with you and give you what he needs done.

We want to make this a great success and volunteers are a big part of this. If you do volunteer, please keep in mind that we'll be depending on you to show. If you can't make it we understand, just remember to volunteer if you're definitely going to make it.

We promise to make your volunteering efforts worth your while with enough activity to make you smile!

Thanks again folks for everything!

I am good for a full day, I'll need a partner with recovery equipment. Have CB. Let me know what day is needed more and I'll be there.
