I already asked this question in the Engine Performance section, but wanted to know the opinions of my midwestern peers. Would there be any benefit or damage to running 100 octane fuel? I have the TRD supercharger installed and I'm waiting for my custom tuned Unichip power module. I've heard many different things from higher octane fuel burns slower than lower octane to that higher and lower octane fuels burn at the same rate, but the higher octane is more resistant to preigniting. Any input from the TOGA clan or anyone else would be greatly appreciated.

I have found that with higher octane fuel I get better mileage. Have never felt any power change, but with the mileage change, I would say that it must help the power as well.
As for 100 octane gas, it sure should help out a charger. You still have a low compression motor (10.1 to 1 I think, to me the real changes come at 11 or better compression), and that lowers the change you will feel from high octane, but I am sure it will help. I don't have any motor mods, but I bet I would even feel a bit more pep with 100. As far as I know, you will never damage any motor with higher octane gas. It just won't change anything on low compression motors.
My bike has a 11.1 to 1 compression, it will not run on pump gas. I have to add octane boost to every fill-up. Every few times a year, I go to the race track and get 108 octane. The bike feels that real nice. It starts faster, gets better mileage, and flies when I give 'er.
