any stl tire shop recommendations?

I'd like to find a good shop that has more specialty tires on hand or available.
I'd like to put the largest mud tire I can on, but I don't know what that size will be, so I can't order this time. I probably need a place that can do a little trial and error. Not to start a tire debate I'm thinking Cooper Discoverer SST...

Re: any stl tire shop recommendations?

There aren't many places that have a lot of stock on hand of offroad tires OR will do much mounting/fitting for you without charging you for it. I'm sure some more folks will chime in but I don't think you can fit much of an oversize tire on these things without some lift. I know for a fact that you can't go much, if any, wider on the tire or you'll get some hellish rub going on. Showcase Automotive on Watson Road might do some of that for you but make sure they compress the suspension and cycle the steering lock to lock for you to check for interference. Pm me for some more discussion.
