Re: Fj Stolen!! Help

my condolences. I'll keep my eyes out for it. I'm all over the west suburbs during the work day and that rig stands out in the crowd.

Re: Fj Stolen!! Help

any updates?

only a tool would steal such a unique rig.

hopefull it was 1 of 2 things
1: some one (that was a pro) stipped it, easy to fix
or
2: some stupid kid took it and got it stuck somewere and just ditched it, also easy to fix

worst case you get a new FJ.
i know doing good quality mods takes alot of hard work and alot of pride, but it can been done biger and better next time.
just be glad a new one is still available, ive got a 06 xB show car that ive got about 10k in just parts, if something happened to it ................. its not replaceable, they don't make it anymore.

Re: Fj Stolen!! Help

UPDATE GUYS!!

Umm yea.. no update.. it has not been found. But there was another auto break in my neighborhood this morning! Ill bet it is the same guys again! I need to get the neighborhood wired up with webcams! WTF. There is only 2 ways into the place!

I did not have extra coverage, but had all of my receipts and pictures of everything that went on the truck! It was also stolen from my home property so if the insurance company does not cover the stuff under the auto policy then I will have to claim it on the Home insurance policy as stolen personal belongings. Does anyone know if this is possible? It should be if its not!

Guys I don't know if you do this or have ever done this for some of the more modified rigs out there,, But an exercise of adding up your receipts can be a real eye opener!

I was over 16 grand and all of the stereo stuff was purchased off of ebay or at really deep discounts! Unreal!

I do understand that it is only a personal item, I have made amends with that whole concept. But im going up north this weekend and I can't hit McCaslin Mt on the way through! Sucks.... I miss wheeling really bad right now! If you guys have an event, im gona have to come and sit shotgun!

Re: Fj Stolen!! Help

Can believe those thieves struck again. You guys should setup a webcam, rent some nice car and see if they steal it. Good luck Joe with the claims. BTW: you can ride shotgun with me.
