Hate to hear that about the service dept at Lou Fusz. I bought my 08 4x4 Auto FJ from them at the end of December. Sticker was just at $32K and I got OTD for 23.5K. Very easy to deal with, but I guess I will avoid their service dept and use Pappas if I am forced to let the dealer work on anything. I try and do that stuff myself, but Pappas is my closest dealer anyway. I would be curious to hear what kind of deals you other St Louis area buyers were getting.
I just picked up an 08 that had a sticker of just under 31k and got it OTD for 23k.

So when are we meeting for wings? I'm sure we can get enough ShowMe FJ'ers together for some brew and wings. I'm in.

I would be in for a meet and greet.
I'm open for anytime except next weekend (16-17th). Saturdays and Sundays are best, but I'm 10 minutes away, so during the week would be fine as well.

Mmmmm...beer and wings...

Re: so how many missourians we got anyway

We're in Richland, MO west of Ft. Leonard Wood, on I-44. We see a lot of FJ's on the highway. We'd love to meet up with fellow FJ'ers for a meet and greet. We are central to folks in Branson/Springfield and the St. Louis area. Perhaps we could meet in Rolla or ??? Or those of us in SW could do a meet and the St. Louis area folks do a meet and then later a joint get together??? Just tossing out ideas!

cheers,

dale

We have just started a regional club over on MUD. Ozark Mountain Crusiers. I think we will be having a run at SMORR in late September.

We pass through Richland when we go to the lake. Is the Fuggit Motel still there? I don't remember seeing it recently.

Rolla would be a decent meeting place, but I imagine there are plenty of nice trails in the Ozarks. Would be a fun weekend.
