welcome! in regards to the question you asked about warranties and lifts; there is not a clear yes or no, but in general parts the could be proven to have failed as a direct result of owner modification will void warranty repairs on that component. for example, if you have a lift and larger tires, and you hub bearing fail, the dealer could site the extra stain of the mods as the cause, however if your air conditioner stopped working, they couldn't deny warranty coverage because of a lift. get it?
You should just ask your dealership their position, some dealers install and cover lifts.
