Northern Indiana FJ's

I've seen a couple around the Mishawaka/South Bend area.

One Sun
One Silver
My VB

Anyone else in this area? Anywhere interesting to take it? I've been eyeballing a muddy corner of this farmers field.... I know I shouldn't, but the field is calling me!

Re: Northern Indiana FJ's

In south bend/mishawaka area:

I've seen a ti parked at a house by the UP mall, and I've seen another VDB on main street towards the mall (think it might've been GOBOGIE, but not sure)

Usually I see them while I'm driving my car. Never see any while I'm rollin' in the FJ. If you see a white BMW waving to you, it's just me.

Might be me or could be the other local VB I've seen x2 on Grape/Main. Only difference is I have a rear tire cover and he doesn't. I posted a pic of him I took with my cell phone a couple weeks ago

Could be me, or there could be 3 local VB's. I took the tire cover off of mine and sold it.

Actually, I just looked at the date on your pic Aug 2. I didn't get mine until Aug 7, so it was not me.

Re: Northern Indiana FJ's

Just found this thread, thought I'd chime in. I'm over in Elkhart, so if you see me around, chase me down and say hi ...

Re: Northern Indiana FJ's

Add at least one more Voodoo to your list in the South Bend area. Picked up my gently used FJ a few days ago. I sure wish you still had your tire cover to sell, I am looking for one as well as a roof rack as we speak. LOL

Re: Northern Indiana FJ's

Dave, welcome! I am from West Mich and have made a couple trips to Ft. Wayne.

Skip the tire cover. Go naked spare!

Regarding your sig...
I too am taking the heat from my non-Toyota "friends." family and co-workers! I was a long time GM owner. And, yep the more they look, the more they like... kinda interesting isn't it!!

Re: Northern Indiana FJ's

Went to a meeting last night and a colleague of mine said that he'd just ordered a red FJ. This guy's really big into working on cars, so I figure it's just a matter of time till he starts modding his FJ.

He saw mine and said, "Where did you get that bumper? Locally?"

I need to help him discover this forum ...
