The engine is further refined with Toyota’s Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (VVT-i) system and Direct Ignition System (DIS), making it more efficient, powerful, and smooth. 4x4 models of the FJ Cruiser come with either a 6-speed manual transmission or an electronically shifted 5-speed automatic transmission. Yeah, I got the same email from Burnsville. They didn't seem to know any specifics on how many or when they were getting the FJC - just kept telling me to come in etc. Goodluck.

Anyone in the MN area have a line on their delivery date yet? My dealer who gave me the choice of two FJ's when I put money down 45 days ago is not sure yet. The one I didn't choose is on the way but the one I reserved "they have no info on". I hope they didn't pull a bait and switch and sell that one to someone else..........

My dealer called my last Friday afternoon (2/24) to tell me that my FJ would be arriving in about 3 weeks time. From today (3/1), that leaves a little over two more weeks wait.
