DeMello Off-Road Rally Bumper

Ok I think this is it for now We actually did a prototype of this years ago for the FJ when we did our first FJ bumper. We just tacked it up but never built it. We decided to dig this one out of the closet and clean it up a bit.

We wanted to do a tube and plate bumper hybrid kind of bumper that gives more access to the winch and more options for lights. We also wanted to make it a hair wider and do something a little different. We hope you guys like it. We sure do!

We don't have pricing yet and we are not fixture d up or ready to produce this bumper just yet. But if there is enough interest we can push it through.

This bumper and our new aluminum bumper will both be in Ouray if you guys would like to see them.

I love it! Wish it would have been available about a month ago.

Thanks Jason - now I'm gonna have to decide between your aluminum bumper and this one! How much does it weigh?

Good look. This would have made my decision to go Exp1 a little harder. I really like the high angle photos. The tubes give it an aggressive countenance, and the capped ends really tie the room together, man (in my Big Lebowski Dude voice). I'd give it a green light. Nice work.

I'd scratch the "DO" plates. IMHO the front plate and overall design aesthetique provides all the brand recognition this bumper needs.

I agree, that plate on the corner is the only thing I don't like about the bumper. But, that's an easy fix.

Re: DeMello Off-Road Rally Bumper

That bumper would match the X-Wing sliders real nice.

Jason, I'm not going to be at Summit, but I am seriously considering driving down for the weekend just to check out your new bumpers. I still love mine, but awesome stuff!
